The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

That’s a wonderful place to stay! The ceilings were so high, which is adorable! Clean and tidy bathroom and very comfy beds. I had a good window view as well!

Stayed for 2 nights. It was a very nice location and accommodation. If we are in the area again, but definitely book again.

Lovely old property in a fantastic location. Staff very friendly. Has a nice relaxed vibe.

Parking!! But I think that’s unavoidable given its location. They have a working solution.

Our twin room is in need of updating and decorating. Old mismatched furniture and carpet. When comparing to alternative accomodation, The Chichester Inn was not the cheapest so expected our room to be better than it was

Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

We booked a table in the restaurant for 4:30pm to have a meal before going to the Take That concert. We had a taxi booked for 6:15pm to take us to the venue, expecting this would be ample time but unfortunately we had to wait 1hr 20mins for our food to arrive which left us having to eat our meal in 10mins. We were not told, when ordering, that the food would take this long to be served. There was a private function taking place at the same time, the problem was not enough staff and lack of communication 😒

Value for money, comfortable and cosy

Give a little more time in the mornings at least 10:15am

No privacy. It's a house converted into a lodge. We could hear noise from other rooms. It was getting chilly in the evening and when we called the host to query how to switch on the radiator, he showed some hesitation stating it's not very cold, why do you need to turn on the radiator. There was a minor accident. My daughter accidentally broke two pavement tiles, for which we paid £56 as requested by the host. However, following the accident, the host was inhospitable. He doubted and queried if there were more guests staying in our suite than originally booked. There was a CCTV installed outside the property to check and his rude behavior did upset us a bit.
