There was so much to offer and enjoy at a great value! I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother & this place was perfect for us! The "twin room: actually had 2 separate small, fully equipped bedrooms with TVs and a shared bathroom and nice views of the street. No stairs were required as a lift is provided. There's a lovely lounge/bar and beautiful, large outdoor garden and dining hall for a varied breakfast and dinner (which we didn't try). There's a pantry where you can get 244/7 coffee (from a machine with many types) and teas. The building was in a beautiful residential area minutes from Notting Hill tube/subway. Many friendly people we spoke to were staying their for extended periods, as they also have excellent monthly rates, 35 days minimum. Very friendly, 24 hour available staff. It felt very safe. We'll be back for sure! :)

Very convenient and good location!! Only 6-7 mins walk from King’s Cross Station!! Very friendly and helpful stuff that helped us with a kind attitude, they moved us to the upstairs room at our request!! We had a very pleasant stay despite only staying a little less than a week, thank you!!

The basement rooms had a lack of lighting and the showers in the toilet were moldy and dirty, however the upstairs rooms were very clean, bright and made our stay even better.

Spacious rooms, well heated as was quite cold outside, a large amount of people buy quiet corridors so never heard anyone walking by. Staff were all helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was adequate with choices something for everyone.

I really liked that the property is located very close to so many shops and restaurants. Inside the apartment it was really clean and all the amenities for our one week stay was there. Honestly we came to like the place a lot.

This property is not located next to a car accessible road. So you will have to get off on the street which is busy and walk with your luggage to the property. And once you reach the property the real struggles began. There is no elevator. I had 4 big check in bags. I had to climb 58 steps to get to the door. I really was not prepared for that. I wish this was mentioned in the property description. I thankfully got help from my brother who was staying at a hotel near by. Otherwise I don't know what I would have done.
