  easy to review. Ruth and Ben are excellent hosts. They are attentive and helpful but, very respectful of your privacy. The room couldn't be better placed in Sidmouth, 2 mins from the centre and 5 from the Esplanade. The parking place suits a family hatchback. The continental breakfast was excellent and offered good choices. The wet-room was good with a strong and hot shower. We had a superb stay and will stay here again. Highly recommended

  Great location with nice views over common land, and easy access to off lead walks for our dog. Hot breakfast was excellent and Amelia looked after us very well. Sunday roast superb, with “extras” of roast potatoes, Yorkshire pud and gravy provided.

  Great location with plenty of parking. Very clean and well presented.. Has a boutique feel to it. Liked the key code entrance so there was no worry about losing keys or fiddly coded key boxes. We would definitely stay again.

  How spacious it is, and furniture looks modern. Like the look of the kitchen and the living room and the bedroom and the shower rooms. Enjoyed the wide screen TV. The receptionist staff was friendly and helpful.

  The cleaner turned up late to clean the room, so the room wasn't ready for check in. We had to wait 30 minutes with kids.We had to collect the keys for the property from a food and wine store, Then when I got there with my family the 2 codes that were given to collect our keys did not work. There were used wet towels on the bed. The toilet shower room in the bedroom smelt of sewage. There were dust on windows, window sills. The shower room in living room area, you can't control the temperature of the water of shower.
