The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  Located 10 minutes from Luton airport made it very convenient. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful for check-in. The room was really clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

  A little gem off the beaten track, perfect place to stay, staff very helpful and very friendly. The lady on duty at breakfast could not have been more helpful and always with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

  The hotel is located right in the centre of town, close to all the amenities and public transport stops. The room was comfortable but unexceptional. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good.

  We were very satisfied with our stay but we did find the hotel slightly overpriced compared to other accommodation that we stayed in. Then again, this might reflect the sparsity of accommodation in Portrush.

  No meals included. The apartment was easily accessible and very clean. Near the sea front and a park.would definitely recommend and would use again.

  Maybe a better parking system as I have mobility problems. I understood that there would be a parking space. We did manage to find a space after I was dropped off. Only other problem was a very noisy family above us who liked to stay up late. Which wasn’t down to owners.

  The whole place is dirty, toilets are nasty and the doors are broken, showers are rusty and smell bad. The place is noisy and nobody seems to care. There was not even running water for about a week. Even though I paid for the late checkout, someone took all my stuff from the room while I was away, and put it in a plastic bag.
