Because we had a person in a wheelchair, the ground floor was suitable, possibly need to allow for a wheelchair ramp at entrance to Hogarth , and some disability support at the toilet.

Window opening and closing and locking/ securing of windows is problematic, especially the bathroom window, no air extraction fan , so to get an airflow , you need to wedge something under the window. The operation of the shower controls is not clear . The bath had no plug ? No drying towels in the kitchen , drinking glasses couldn’t be properly cleaned. Beds are quite creaky Gabriella was great , cleaning and prep lady The shower curtain is not great , you would be better off putting , just a shower with panels , the step down from the shower is high and slippery , potentially a slipping hazard with serious potential injury Schools are noisy in area around wasn’t expecting that… but grateful to hear children enjoying themselves

Location apart from Booking.com stated private pool with view of which there wasn't. Hot tub was very nice.

For the price of £119 per night i expected use of at least indoor pool to be included and not an extra cost. Various maintenance issues. 1.Bath unusable due to worn and faulty plunger plug not retaining water in bath. 2 shower head in main bathroom needs replacing. 3 Toilet seat in main bathroom broken and falling off. 4 Shower head in ensuite bathroom badly limescaled. 5 Headboard in main bedroom fell off of wall mounting on one end on 3rd day of stay. All of this pointed out to Amanda at Devon Holidays who apologised for everything. 6 Finally on last day the freezer outer door came apart as missing sliding door hinge and screws. DUE to all of these issues i would expect at least a 50% refund of the of the £119 per night i paid for this property..dissapointed with all of these issues as we were expecting a Beautiful Oak Cabin with use of private pool as described on your website when i made the booking.

Not a five star property. The price is completely off market for what you are getting. A bit shabby furnishings. Cleaning is not every day, hard to understand for the price you pay.
