We stayed in the caravan and didn't use the entertainment facilities. Holiday park was really nice, as was the caravan. I thought the cost of a dog could have been made clear before booking but overall the stay was nice.

Loved staying here it felt like home for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the views are spectacular. We had an evening meal and really enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the breakfast.

Check in with Marvina was fantastic she’s great front of house, lovely clean rooms and very generous, the breakfast and all staff were 10/10 for me, looking forward to my next stay

Staff let me check in very early which I really appreciated. The front of house staff were very helpful with my bags etc. The location is great and view out the window was amazing

The tap dripping, which apparently has been reported months ago and nothing has been done. I felt a damp funny smell inside, it needs a proper airing, speaking to other people who were also staying in another apartment there was mould and damp in their apartment. Some areas of the apartment need addressing as it is showing signs of wear and tear. We lost wifi on the afternoon of the second day. When I rang Glenn he said he would ring BT, said all the other apartments had wifi, so there was ‘nothing’ he could do. When I complained and suggested some sort of reimbursement as this was an important facility to have as we were travelling onto another destination and needed to access maps on out iPads, he got very shirty and accused ME of being angry at HIM. I told him there was a huge echo on the line, but then he just said he wasn’t going to continue the conversation because of my ‘attitude’ and rung off! The lack of wifi also meant no tv. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL OR IDEAL. It seems this property is being run by a company that does have the means or the will to put things right when they go wrong. So with regret even though the location is perfect I wouldn’t book it again. Ever.

Dining room closed due to refurbishment so had to drive around looking for somewhere to eat in the evening after a long drive. Snack Breakfast in room in the morning. It couldn’t be helped but was disappointing.

Why is the toilet separated from the bathroom. You can't even wash your hands where the toilet is
