The property was very nice such a beautiful caravan , it was very clean had everything we needed it was local to everything as we had everything on our doorstep the owner was very helpful and always responded to any questions I had , our stay was amazing

Great location with fantastic views over the bay. Convenient base for visiting Swanage and other local coastal villages and attractions. The lodge was well equipped and comfortable, with (nearly) everything we needed for our short stay.

Just a couple of things: bath towels weren't provided, which wasn't clear from the listing and we had to buy towels when we arrived (not easy in Swanage and we ended up with slightly dodgy beach towels); and although the park has WiFi coverage in the reception/bar area, the lodge itself doesn't - this was a minor inconvenience, though. The washing machine in the lodge was out of order but there is a launderette on site (£4/wash).

Friendly welcoming host. Excellent location. Close to town but not noisy. Lovely breakfast in a pleasant little breakfast room. Everywhere was clean and well kept.

Dreadful smell from toilet in arrival, no towel rails, no teaspoons, heating not on upon arrival and 14⁰C room temperature. Layout design was bizarre, supposed to be "ammonite suite" but no photos of ammonites. A vaguely appropriate whale photo by the bed, and a shower wall photo of an exotic foreign waterfall (Thailand?!). Shower extractor was near the door, not above the shower, so the room was always damp. Kitchenette but no oven ... you could eat cereals or cook pasta, but take your own can opener.

Advertised facilities not available. Restaurant shut. No cooked breakfast. No WiFi. Heating not working. Staff not properly trained, did not know how to make tea. Bar not adequately stocked. But the room was OK
