The hardworking staff work their butt's off to keep this place running smoothly. Donna, Zoe and Coline went above and beyond with their quest to provide excellent customer service. Amazing staff members! Picture included was where the manager spent most of his time, doing nothing. I chose not to include pictures of the disappointing breakfast as staff worked so hard to rectify that problem. Management need to take a leaf out of their book and learn a thing or two from their employees. Breakfast was non existent on our first 2 days, constantly running out of food with all the tables left uncleared and dirty thanks to the one staff member working to do everything on her own. She needs help!

Management need training on how to speak to and deal with customers. Instead of hanging around constantly staring at their phones while staff are clearly under pressure and need help. Running out of things like bacon, eggs and fresh juice most days for breakfast and having to run to the local shop is not a way to run a hotel!

Right location, close to everything. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble. One thing we loved is the bar, it was ideal for the evening. Meant my husband and I were able to sit in the bar having a drink, whilst our little girl was fast asleep. As previous venues, we’ve have to go back to the room early.

Friendly, welcoming staff that gave the place a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. Room seemed recently done up with a comfy bed. The main road goes round the other side of the loch so it was very peaceful sitting out front.

Village and surrounding area aren’t particularly nice, more of a place to stop on your way somewhere. Wifi was bad.

Creaking floors in the rooms and room above where everyone smoked and shouting outside the pub. Very noisy until after 2am. People in and out of rooms all night banging doors and floors squeaking and keeping you awake. No breakfast until 10am. When you have been kept up all night.

The house was handed over without any proper checks of heating facilities. The boiler was not working and was dripping off due to some issues. We had to stay in cold room with no heating option. Could not take bath in hot water due to boiler not functioning. There was no body soap provided. Hob to light the gas cooker was missing, we had to use lighter. Literally the house was unfit to stay. There was no response from Dave, the property owner in fixing the issue despite messaging several times. The property management person Sharon, was not attending call and was responding only by messages. The electrician number was provided and when contacted over phone he said he can't fix it before we vacated. Sharon told he will issue some refund sounding apologetical but I did not recieve any refunds or further contact from the property management. Absolute unprofessional service. Spoiled the entire mood of our Team and this was one of my worst choices for a holiday weekend.
