The Annexe is lovely & bright, cool & comfortable. We had everything we needed for 2 adults for a 5-night stay in Seaton. The welcome pack was a nice touch & it was easy to find everything in the studio flat. The location is perfect for a quiet stay by the Cornish coast & our host, Olivia, greeted us & was very friendly (like everyone else we talked to during our short break!). The accommodation is exactly as described & ideal for couples or lone travellers looking for a quiet place to rest/sleep during a visit to the South Cornwall coast.

The apartment is clean and is suitable for 4 or 5 ppl. It was quiet when we stayed there. Joe, the manager, was very helpful. Close to King's Cross/St Pancras station. Grocery store, McDonalds and restaurants are all nearby.

Stunning location & so peaceful. Was quite happy to sit on the bank of the river & listen to the water & birds and breeze, no extra entertainment required! :)

Felt it was a little overpriced. Had to vacate a lot of spiders & be comfortable being v close to nature. I don't mind this at all but it may bother some folk. Few things were missing like milk for tea, tea towels & bin but still a v pleasant & charming experience.

Large space, good shower, comfortable bed,, good location for supermarkets, tourism, reasonably well equipped kitchen although oven confusing!

Apartment seemed dark and tired looking and a coat of white paint to white walls celing and woodwork would improve it to look like the superior a partment it is advertised as. Oven confusing and no instructions.

They don't let me to shoot, the key for room are not good. Tissue are less available.
