The location was fantastic. Check-in process was very smooth, everything was explained well. It is a quirky place to stay - like a proper old inn and you enter through the pub. It is an old building so the floors were slightly wonky - so expect lots of character there! It was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was good. I would just like to make a little request - the keyring can be somewhat smaller as it is very hard to fit into a handbag and impossible to fit into a pocket :)

I was feeling pretty anxious about the smart lock not working and being the only one with the phone to do it with. But it worked great once I'd got the hang of it! The place was really clean and tidy and so well stocked in the kitchen. The cinema room was brilliant!

That there was only me with the 'key' to get in and out. I had to be the first one there and the last to leave. If anyone needed to go back into the house then they had to take my phone... not the best option. We tried to sign someone else up too, but it didn't work. It was a warm day and the smell coming in from the sewers with the windows open was a lot to handle! We ended up keeping the windows and doors closed which made it really stuffy and hot. It would have been great to have duvet and pillow covers already on the duvet and pillows for the sofa beds. I only found the bedsheets the next morning.

Great location as we were leaving for the airport in the morning and out in West end previous night. Parking free which i didn't expect. Great cheap breakfast.
