Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Love the deco... The food was lovely. The bar well stocked with choices.. love the glasses. The service brilliant.. friendly but professional. My partner and myself would definitely go back to stay and hope the wrsther better as would of loved to sat out side in the beautiful surroundings. And also try there Subdsy lunch. The room was lovely had a wonderful view over the garden. Bed very comfortable. Bedding of high quality. A very unique welcoming experience..

Warm and modern. Not far from Motorway or Morley. Farm/ smallholding type of setting with chickens and cats wandering around.

No toilet roll or holder in bathroom- looks like it had previously fallen off the wall. Nowhere to hang clothes in bathroom whilst showering. No welcome pack giving details of wi-Fi or places of local interest.Although could sleep 4 people easily with the 2 double beds, there was only kitchenware for 3 people and only 2 dining chairs at the breakfast table.

The Hotel was easy to find, the rooms were a good size , the restaurant food was good and the staff were fantastic.

The only thing that I didn't like was the very hard Mattress on the bed , but that's a personal thing.

Upon arrival we thought we turned into the wrong street. It turned out to be a block of council flats with the apartment in it. I’m not a snob but there was no indication of this. No pictures uploaded so no clue. Also no instructions on how the heating worked although we figured it out and the light in stairwell are so bright it aluminates the whole flat. There’s no lift so not suitable for everybody. Dishwasher had dirty utensils still inside. Parking could be an issue if you don’t get the right day of the week. Permit required
