  Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome. Nice drop off area in front of the hotel. Rooms where clean, neat and tidy.

  It would have been nice to have been pre informed that the lifts were out of action and have been for a while according to some of the staff. In addition although the hotel says it has parking it is very small, not just the number of spaces but also the size of the spaces so if you have a larger vehicle you are really going to struggle to park. Saying that there is a public car bark not far away.

  The room was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. Super easy check. Very modern.

  Needed 2 pillows each, we should have asked but didn't so I'm sure if we did we would have been given extra. No kettle in the room that was extra. No plug socket near the mirror so it was hard to style my hair with no mirror near the plug.
