  Very clean and the most comfortable bed we had in Shetland. Great shower and overall furnishings due to the recent renovations. Such a fabulous location too, with views of the bay. Food was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

  Our room was not as requested we booked a twin room and it got changed at the last minute. Obviously two singles separated by less than a foot! Double duvets folded over in a single cover, sheets did fit bed properly and moved showing again a double mattress protector doubled over!! Sink in bathroom was broken in five places. Taps loose.

  Extreme lack of wardrobe space. Room was lovely but wardrobe was badly designed. Unable to hang long length items in it and had to hang items on the shower rail. Wardrobe was not wide enough for clothes hangar to hang normally and was at an angle so could not hang shirts etc in it
