If you like to feel a little earthquake every 20 minutes because of the underground trains. If you like to not be able to close the sunlight because of windows in the ceiling. If you like to stay in a neighborhood that reminds you of Lebanon thats the place for you! Staff were nice and helpful Free water Place is very small

Even though it is a budget hotel, the room has the shower outside of the bathroom with a see-throw glass, which is clearly not ideal for a group travel. But the worst thing is that the toilet in the room didn't have a door from floor to ceiling, which is uncomfortable but even unhygienic.

Hi! Sorry for late communication, I'm often rubbish on my phone when away and not in work mode! Your place is great. You really have gone to some much effort with the added extras of the activity packs etc. and the amount of DVDs is insane! Really brilliant! You also do have everything you could have needed! However, Being honest, the cleaning wasn't of a great standard. All utensils in the kitchen inclusive of frying pans, cups glasses and cutlery, we had to wash well before we could use them. They were really greasy and the glasses were smeary and dirty. The floors felt sticky and the towels didn't smell too fresh. The blind, specifically in the bathroom needs a good clean. You need a bulb in one of the bedside lamps also. Also, last thing, for comfort measures, the double bed mattress is quite uncomfortable. It feels a little springy, worn and unsupportive. I hate to be a 'moaner' And I am not easily disgruntled. But, it's being honest hoping that it improves your service and future guests experience.
