There was tea, milk, chocolate biscuits, Welsh cakes all waiting for us. Towels and fresh bedding all provided. The views out of the lounge and front bedroom windows are excellent. There are games, books and even a tablet all there to use as well as maps and guides to local attractions. The bus stops to either Conwy or Llandudno were right outside and the train station just behind those. Lovely walks along the estuary just across the road. There is a lovely cafe at the front of the accommodation with nice coffee and homemade cakes. All in all we had a lovely few days.

This is more an observation comment rather than dislikes. Not being too mobile my partner and I found the metal stairs a bit tricky, especially when wet. The shower, being in the bath was also tricky and could do with a grab handle to get in and out of. Also with the bathroom and toilet on the lower floor there was a bit of up and down the stairs for ablutions from the bedrooms. Finally, getting access past the bins was awkward in the alleyway access.

had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable bed and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, the Hotel provides excellent value for money and is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to London

Great place to break our journey north. Close to the motorway but quiet. Our bedroom was comfortable and very clean. The evening meal for really well cooked and overall it was very good value for the price we paid.

Efficient arrangement for space. Reasonably close to town centre.

Terrible location to find since it's not on the main road in the address given, but behind a building, off an alleyway. Address of "58 B" unclear as it was written "58B". Please leave instructions for TV reception, washing machine, stove, microwave since operation is unclear on the appliances. A bottle opener would be good. Remove garbage cans in front of window because rain falling on them creates unpleasant noise in bedroom. Refund for the last night when I didn't stay and I notified the booking firm 4-5 days before would have been nice to get.
