The location is excellent in that you really are in the middle of everything but higher ground, so you can step away from all the noise. Having a parking space is handy too so you can park up and just walk around. The apartment was nice and modern and lovely decor, and a good kitchen area with decent sized fridge and lots of storage space. Having a washing machine, dishwasher and full oven and hob was a nice bonus. Our point of contact was brilliant throughout our stay - we had a few items missing upon arrival due to a previous tenant but Dwayne responded immediately to our message regarding this and arrived within 15mins to sort it. Friendly and very helpful!

We didn't like that the previous tenant have obviously pilfered some items! But that's not the property's fault. Dwayne sorted us out brilliantly and efficiently so we were very happy.

I booked in , all fine, I payed all fine, I have a disability badge but where only a few car park spaces also I still had to pay for parking. I payed my parking. Today I received a parking fine for £60 pound from parking eye. Absolutely disgraceful. You pay and get ripped off. So everyone beware. Would of been nice if booking.com could of pre warned customers of this scam absolutely on their heads.

The room wasn’t very clean, it had been ‘refurbished’ but the wall paper was starting to peel off and the wall light was hanging off. There was a loud buzzing sound which woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep.

For a family room for 4, it was too cramped, way to small a room for so many. Lucky it was only 1 night. It was also expensive for a budget hotel for such a small room.

On arrival bathroom sink plug was stuck and waster water would not flow away. Called reception and had it fixed quickly. Feedback was that it was a known problem and they were changing the units to new ones. So why let this happen to a guest. Fix it, do not wait.
