The best part if the hotel is its location !! Really close to all you need to enjoy London at night, and close to underground (victoria, northen, circle). Staff was very welcoming. Matress was good.

Hotel needs to be refurbished. Old and outdated, we see that room has "many many hours of flight". The room was tiny as expected (it was clearly mentionned during booking) but washrooms are definitivelly too narrow: I need to use the toillet sideways (an I am only 1.80m tall)

The kitchen was well equipped, there was a spacious bathroom, and the hot tub was fab. Location was good, if you have a car there are many neighbouring attractions to visit.

Our lodge 22 was quite close to a septic tank and often the smell from that and the waste/ dirty linen area drifted. The TV in the double bedroom did not work (it would be an idea to check batteries prior to letting out the lodge on each occasion), would also be useful to instruct guests on accessing TV channels or not in our case, the fire TV was asking for Amazon log in. The pillows were extremely flat, we overcame this by taking pillows from the beds we were not using. The double mattress was not comfortable having to stay pretty much in one position to avoid a spring in the back. The duvet cover on the double bed was torn and the bottom sheet stained with what looked like ink and there were tissues underneath the double bed. There were nobs missing from the oven hob and the kitchen light dimmer switch. This may all seem petty however for close to £500 for 4 nights stay I feel value for money is questionable. I am sure that had I approached the staff about the issues corrections would have been made, however petty my dislikes may appear I would have expected the basics to have been right without complaining but they were not.

Stuff - no pleasant reception, it felt like they thought the guests were just annoying. There was no inviting feeling as it usually is in the hotel, apart from the cleaning lady who was very nice.

The bed made lots noises with any small movement, it was really uncomfortable as we were worried about the noise of the bed to the neighbouring guests. You want to be free and comfortable when you are in a hotel. The stool by the coffee station was very old and ripped. The tv plug was behind the wardrobe and we had to call someone as the tv wasnt turning on due to being off on the hidden plug

Very uncomfortable mattress. Pillows were very lumpy. Towels had musty smell. Receptionist made a mistake when checking us in, causing extra charges for us.
