Positive section of review
Location is convenient, the nearest tube station is Euston Square. Safe during daylight hours. There's a pub below, was a bit noisy in the evening but quiert during the night. The flat was very clean, the room a decent size, well equipped, bed comfy. Kitchen also well equiped.

The washbasin in the bathroom was very small. I can understand it being this size in the separate toilet, but for the bathroom it was too small. It's difficult not to splash water all around it when washing one's face. One gets two codes to enter the property which are sent to the booking account only after the earliest check-in time (14h).

The room had everything we needed - kettle, safe, mini fridge & comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items as did the restaurant. The staff were very helpful.

The walls are thin so we could clearly hear our neighbours. Fortunately they were quiet.

The location was perfect, photos do the justice to the apartment. it has everything necessary for a trip (washer, dryer). I would stay there again.

Communication with the host was way off. I needed to check in earlier, so they confirmed that I could leave my luggage in the apartment as there would be cleaning in process. In the next message, they said that they were not sure if anyone would be in the apartment. Then they forgot about cleaning at all and delayed our check-in till 19-00 (though we were allowed to leave our bags, which was helpful). Of course, they said that they were sorry, but it was a nasty experience for me not to be able to have a shower after a 10+ hour flight that arrived at 11 am until 19-00. What was even more surprising, the host was chasing me daily on WhatsApp so I left him a good personal review. I thought that it was a joke at first, but he kept chasing me, so I had to block his contact. The shower had a really bad pressure, as it was connected via a low-pressure heater.

Breakfast staff were extremely friendly as well as receptionist who helped us out with a taxi and takeaway!

We weren’t aware of the events taking place on site at the time. There was a funeral on arrival and a wedding on check out. This would have been ok but we were not aware until arrival that the restaurant would be closed due to this.
