Booking in was easy and the person on the reception desk was very welcoming . The twin room was on the first floor and the single room was on the ground floor - both were nicely furnished and very clean . The beds was extremely comfortable and the linen was good quality . The T.V. in the twin bedroom didn't appear to be working at first, but the chap on reception came up immediately and sorted it out for us . The lounge area was pleasant and comfortable and all the staff we came accross were very welcoming and helpful.

It is one of the best places we have stayed through booking.com. Beautifully furnished - a home from home. Helpful pre-arrival information from host (we enjoyed our birds eye view of 🐎 🐴 returning from Riding of the Bounds). A fabulous welcome pack of groceries and well-equipped kitchen with all we needed for an enjoyable week's stay.

Location was ideal. Just far enough away from Bangor where our event took place. Lovely pub nearby if needed with great views of Snowdonia. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.

Location made it easy to get to Chelsea Flower Show by train and in a residential street. Separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen with a quirky layout.

Noise coming from flat above with people moving about all hours of the day and night, it's located in the Heathrow flight path with jet noise as they went overhead every 45 seconds from 6am to late at night, TV remote batteries dead, ironing board top and cover falling apart.

Road noise in room, noisey air conditioning, bar drinks v. Expensive 250 ml red wine £15.30 plus service £2.31? I did not query as didn't wish to spoil an otherwise perfect stay.
