The property looked just as good as the photographs and we loved the modern Zakopane-style interiors. A bonus was the Tatra mountains view from the mezzanine window! Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  Nice, functional equipped apartment, with everything you need for cooking, a Nespresso machine and even a washing machine and iron. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to many restaurants and bars and also within walking distance from Albert dock. Double bed was nice. Overall, we were satisfied.

  The view from our room was to a narrow, quite gloomy street, but it didn't really matter to us. The sofa bed opens into two single beds and could have been more comfortable. The bedroom door wasn't really soundproof. The parking is a bit challenging due to narrow spaces, but the location in the basement of the building is useful.

  Location, decoration, facilities, everything was lovely. Staff on front desk etc were great.

  The service in the bar which we visited twice had two young girls behind the bar who didn’t appear to have had much training. One just wiped glasses for at least 5 minutes ignoring us . We had a similar experience at breakfast with young girls and had to ask 3 times for coffee and tea.

  Not much at all. Other than there was a tesco express 30 secs walk to buy some provisions.

  Noisy. Impossible to find. No staff on site. Very tired decor. No quality. Missleading using hotel and suites. This is a cheap hostel. Broken bathroom tiles. No milk for tea and coffee, not even long life. I was duped.
