We was allowed to book in early without any additional cost. The hotel was very clean and the stff were friendly. The room was comfy. Breakfast was included which we didn't expect. Very resonably priced and not too far from the city centre. We would definitely stay there again.

It was really good apartment . Very spacious and clean. We found the hot water in the shower a bit confusing until we worked it out. Very comfortable bed and a great TV

The property was amazing and location was perfect with everything nearby train station, groceries, attractions etc. perfect place for a family to spend their vacation.

I liked that there was a lift and a comfortable bar lounge for the evening. I liked the size of the bed. The pillows and duvet were perfect and the mattress was ideal.

I did not like the noise outside my window of a fan constantly going. And the other residents were very noisy at all hours. Doors slamming and loud voices on the stairs.

It was very close to the underground and an enormous Westfield which was convenient.

The room was incredibly small, ok for one night but for a longer stay with more than one person, not particularly comfortable. The room had no aircon or air flow (no exhaust fan either) which made it quite stuffy inside, the only window opened up to the street which was incredibly loud throughout the night.

Parking is allocated on a first come first serve basis. The front car park was full and the back car park was also jammed full. Staff let us park in a disabled space as there were no disabled guests staying. No double glazing but fortunately the road was quiet at night. There is a beer garden area but this was not maintained very well compared to the rest of the hotel and their were glass bottles lying on the ground .
