We were happy with everything about this property. It was clean, comfortable and really nicely furnished with a good garden area to relax in. The location was well placed for visiting the coast and the Broads. The owners were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Near Maidenhead and very quiet room. Had all the basic amenities like:hair dryer, kettle with tea, convenient bar and to top it off the staff were very accommodating. Will return as I slept really well.

The bathroom sink cold water tap needed a new washer as it had a continuous drip and was hard to close shut. I reported it the next day as I arrived late at night. I hope this gets fixed as it wastes water.

The room location was a little noisy as we could hear the lift frequently during the evening and early part of the night. A slightly bigger room would have been preferable too, which would have enabled us to have 2 chairs to sit on rather than just the one.

The other guests were a bit to noisy in the night os did not get much sleep and had a early morning fight so not much sleep
