Good value with DBB but wouldn't rush to stay again. Staff were a mixed bag. Most were friendly but one made you feel like you were a pain, getting in the way, when there was no easy way to get to the bar, and being very curt if you tried to engage. Odd experiance - felt much more welcome elsewhere.

The room furniture was old and could do with replacing. Oh boy, the windows could do with a good clean. The underground parking has been taken over by another company so you have additional cost there. I stayed at the Britannia several years ago and parking was included in the price.

Property was not clean and bedroom and bedsheet was not clean got smell , basic which need to be provided from the property owner don’t gave anything, when I ask her she send me with the beg we can’t change the bedsheet, we going with job don’t have extra time to do so our stay not comfortable , and when we leave property we tidy up nice and clean we leave everything where it should be but property owner said we mess up the house and took even the hand gel she was lying and blaming us making her fault to you .
