Great atmosphere within - especially in the bar and dining area, the staff were a delight and couldn’t do enough for you. Check in was friendly, quick and efficient. The food and drinks were of a high quality especially the breakfast. Tea/coffee facility in room was a great touch and had an extensive selection. Great car parking on site and location was ideal for the Falls trail and other areas.

Room was fine and bed was comfortable but the room just lacked slightly in respect to decor, eg pictures on walls for example Bathroom was cleaned adequately but could do with a deep clean occasionally on walls and tile area, but that’s just nit picking.

Great clean apartment with lovely touches like complimentary milk and sweeties provided. Location so convenient for getting around London on the Northern line. Would highly recommend. Staff also very friendly.

Hotel is in a prime spot, so nice to have their own car parking. Well presented rooms, everything on hand. Staff very kind and helpful. Good food at Miller & Carter.

I didn’t request the most expensive bedroom but the one allocated was small, partly due to the inclusion of a bathroom. This seems a problem now - unless you pay for a large room, the expectation that each room has to be en-suite spoils the original room space in older hotels and you don’t know what you’ll get. If you think of staying at the Sun other than as a single occupant, I suggest you specifiy a large room if staying for more than two nights. There was no room for a chair other than the dressing table stool. There is a secondary bar area with seating in the restaurant side but it was not open for residents, obliging anyone wishing to sit rather than lie on a bed, to do so in a bar with its background noise.

We did have an issue with some noise during the first night. Reported this in the morning. The staff were really helpful and rectified the problem as soon as they could.

Whole experience was fine except for early morning call.

We needed to be up by 4am. We are always dependent on an early morning telephone call. You no longer provide this service (although your sister hotel in Valencia airport does!) Luckily we were saved by one of your employees , Winston, who came up to our room to set the alarm on the tv and also set the alarm on my wife's phone. We are both elderly and could not have managed these technicalities. We have stayed many times at this hotel with complete satisfaction. We may not be able to in future if this new policy remains.
