The location is perfect theres like 10 minute walk to the park,loads of takeaways around and walkable distance to town center.Its a big house secured with cameras.The Owner lives there to and she is a very kind and friendly,beautiful lady and she will definitely look after you.Bedroom was very clean loads of space and bed was absolutely amazing,bery comfortable ! Thanks miss.

Everything was great, just the location is a little bit far from the public transport like tube and the bath tap control is very hard to balance the water between cold & hot (it was too hot easily) Overall is good place to stay in London.

Very clean, great views of the harbour and close to the sea front and pavilion. Free nearby overnight parking between 6pm and 8am. Great hosts and a lovely breakfast to boot. Would definitely stay here again.

The coffee machine was broken during our stay and we are coffee lovers, I suppose just bad luck for us. I would certainly stay again.

Our room was facing the back of the hotel with parking and a kitchen. We woke up at 7am on Sunday from the kitchen noise and moving cars, which was quite disappointing.

They had sectioned off parts of the site near We The Curious which made accessibility a bit more difficult but other than that could not fault it.

The hotel being an old property with character that can’t be altered it had lots of stairs and steps to get from one area to another so would not recommend to anyone with any mobility issues Breakfast was a complete disaster & disappointment, arrived at 8 50 am with large queue to a very sparse hot and continental selection with only sausages and 3 eggs available on the hot section, no wholemeal bread available although we did ask the restaurant manager who said it was upstairs and he hadn’t time to get it ,,, continental had no fruit salad left, a small amount of melon ,salmon, ham & cheese to offer very disappointing as breakfast is always something you look forward too when staying in a top rated hotel this was not even up to basic budget hotel standard . It was a busy morning as a concert was on the previous evening in the city ,however the hotel knew the numbers in advance and should have been organised enough to cope with their customers , when checking out we were given a refund with out question as were most of the customers while we were in reception so much so it was as if this is a regular occurrence , thing is what they need realise this isn’t always a Money thing it was a special occasion for us and it spoilt our stay not so good to have disappointing memories !
