We very much enjoyed the very central location of the hotel. We were able to get around the town, access the Camel trails and visit bars and restaurants with absolute ease. This is a oub hotel. The food there looked great. We were not disturbed by any noise at all. The lady at the bar kindly helped us store bags before we checked in. She later checked us in, efficiently. The room was of a good size and tastefully furnished. There were enough radiators for a cool evening! The price for such a centrally located room was excellent 👌.

There was no internet connection throughout our stay! Fortunately, we did not need to rely on it that evening. It was more that we could not access more cable TV channels. When we asked about the connection, they told us that the system crashes and that they too had the same issues. The bedroom and bathroom window frames were worn down, broken, dirty and dated. However, we were able to manually open the windows for ventilation so aesthetics only.

The property is simply beautiful - everything is beautifully presented, the beds are all super comfy, the lounge area is lovely, the kitchen diner is also really nice and the teas, coffees, biscuits and jams plus the bread was a lovely surprise. We didn’t get to use the garden as the weather wasn’t great but I’ve been better in July 2020 and I can sag hands down the garden is amazing a total sun trap!

Location not easy to find (sat nav indicated arrival 400 metres before actual property), but very quiet and lovely views. Room and facilities excellent. Breakfast freshly cooked and excellent. Overall an excellent B&B with very obliging hosts, for whom nothing was too much trouble, recommended and booked a local pub for an evening meal.

The photos of the property are not accurate and nor are the room photos. The quality of the rooms are very poor very dirty and it was full of homeless people and drug addicts outside of the property.

There was noise all throughout the night with doors slamming people coming and going we got asked to move to a better room in which we were refused and had to end up leaving before the end of our second night

Our bedroom was downstairs so we had no light. We heard the tube everytime. When people smoked cigarettes outside we could smell the smoke in the bedroom. The journey probably would have been different if we had been upstairs. We would have prefered that the owner tell us that we have to pay to leave our luggages for the day. We learnt it when we got our luggages back. All the comments thank the hostel to let them leave their luggages..but all hostels do that !!! People forgot it because of Air Bnb but it s the minimum for an hostel. No need to be thankful
