There was a lot that we liked about this accommodation. The room was amazingly clean, comfortable, and the best comfy bed and linen ever. The shower was great and very roomy with a lovely waffle robe which is always a great touch to any stay. The tea and coffee in room facilities were great and the extra choc brownies, which unfortunately we forgot to taste. Ideally located to the town centre shops bars and restaurants in walking distance and also a close drive to other great areas like Keswick. Breakfast was so freshly cooked with a great accompanying cereals and fruits as well full English. Very nice and friendly owners made you feel very welcome. Overall a great stay!

I absolutely adored this design-forward hotel with a twist on industrial chic. it was beautiful, cosy, and effortlessly cool. The view on a backyard was like something out of a classic film, truly delightful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having pantry access was a convenient touch. Comfortable bed & pillows. Despite the compact size of the room, the clever use of space was evident, maximizing comfort and functionality.

Weird noise from 7 am to 1 am. Can hear everything from halls as well. No breakfast included is sad.

Clean and comfortable, night porter kept the bar open so we could just quickly order a drink when we got back from Bruce Springsteen event in Cardiff which was brilliant of him, breakfast good and even catered for 2 gluten free guests, room comfortable and quiet. Thank you.

A warm welcome from Gemma when we arrived, the room was clean and well presented as was the rest of the house. It was a big help having an iron and board in the room as well as a safe. The breakfast was excellent, and we were made welcome. Would recommend staying here.

Location was just what we needed to be close to public transport. Hotel very clean and view from room great. We did not have breakfast as had an early morning appointment. Bed and chairs was very comfortable.

Everything was a bit tired but clean and comfortable towels were well worn. Could hear some noise from outside at around 3 in the morning. Several young people staying at hotel and language in the lifts not appropriate.
