Perfect location for walks along the riverside. Shops & places to eat 5 minutes walk away. Early morning swim at Deben pool almost next door. Tea milk & biscuits in the room were plentiful & topped up every day. Good choice for breakfast, which was delicious!

Just to be aware of the stairs. They were not such a problem for me, but someone with mobility issues would need to contact Carla beforehand to check if help will be available for carrying luggage up or down.

The interior was very morden and nice. Colour combination and Interior decoration is very clean. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Probably the fastest I have ever encountered.

Breakfast buffet should have had a hot plate section with a chef making eggs on demand. The scrambled eggs and sunny side up were made and placed in food warms which I didn't enjoy as much to be honest. The scrambled eggs were getting socked in steam water from the food warmer cover and also sticking together from setting there a while.

I had a very good stay! The location was perfect, easily accessible and close to major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. Additionally, the parking was convenient and secure.

It was clean but very old outdated inside bathroom could have done with a refresh but even though it is a budget price accommodation rooms felt very dull and tired little noise from the trains and noise from bottles from the pub at back

Room(Charlotte)tiny for a medium size couple.Very tired with shower cubicle needed to be changed. Very small hanging space which made us live out of our suitcase for 3 days.Breakfast advertised included but had to pay for anything cooked.Continental only consisted of juice and cereals.Bar only open till 4pm.in the afternoon.
