Staff were lovely and welcoming! Brendon on night shift was lovely and provided great customer service and nothing was too much x thankyou Brendon (hope i got name right) blue suit, short beard, slim build, room was clean and tidy.

Room had no window to open great lighting just not able to open window for fresh air and was warm in room and felt very stuffy at times, AC was not great and wasn’t working had to call reception 3 times to sort it l, fans made it worse! And the parking at £25 a night is a-lot and was not informed of cheaper parking close by until check out! Which i was not happy with to be honest

The apartment was just as pictured, beautifully clean throughout. Lovely spacious apartment Communication with the host was excellent, any queries were answered almost immediately Would definitely book for a return trip

Great location for us - so close to the M60. Enough space for our family. Even has a usable garden. Like the off street parking. Very easy to communicate with the agent.

There were a few problems with the hot water and washing machine. These however were dealt with quickly and effectively by Debbie - I can hear her voice/accent in my head now - nothing was too much trouble, even offered to take our washing to the laundry.

Single beds would have been better with double duvets & pillows a bit too bulky but we just changed them for pillows in bunked room

Previous breakfasts had been good, but it was poor on this occasion. Teapots were only big enough for just 1 cup. When I requested a new pot it came back with hot water, but I doubt whether the tea bag had been changed it was so weak. I tried to get a cappuccino from the machine, but there were no additional cups and when I asked for another cup it wasn’t forthcoming and I had to resort to taking a cup from an empty table. However, I still just ended up with a cup of hot milk as the machine had run out of coffee beans and none were readily available. There was little choice of fresh fruit and some items had not been replenished. There was little choice of cereal; cornflakes and bran flakes but no muesli. Cooked breakfast was fair but the few pieces of bacon left were of poor quality and also wasn’t replenished. In summary the breakfast restaurant was poorly managed and not value for money.
