Great location for access to bus and train. It had a washing machine, fridge and a hanger to dry clothes. Comfy and cosy, beds and the shower was warm and refreshing. This was what we needed for the couple of days as it really was just a place to sleep and being top floor was a little less noisy. Great communication and easy access with a code for locks made no losing keys to worry about.

If you are not good with stairs, this is not for you as it's top floor of four. Would have been nice to have a bath mat and hand towel. The towels supplied were good. Only two less than half toilet rolls was not good. The single bed mattress has possibly seen better days.

Ideal location walking distance of the town near the britainna pier staff helpful and friendly got free parking permit just outside the hotel which is a bonus room was lovely , comfortable bed and cleaned every day .hotel clean from reception bar and dinning area

The only thing was the shower it was in the bath and no handrail to help get in and water was hard to control it went from really cold to boiling hot in seconds

The location was excellent. It was right on the river and very close to Windsor and other attractions.

The hotel states that it has been recently renovated. Everywhere had chipped paint, smelt stale and the bar / lounge was very dated. When we went to the room it was very small. You couldn’t open the door properly. Our mattress had two huge dips in it, and was very uncomfortable. The car park was very small and the only place I could park was under a conker tree.
