Good location so close to London Bridge and Borough Market. Friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast (extra cost but by far the cheapest breakfast in town for what was on offer!) Also close to a lot of convenience shops and restaurants, bars and cafes in pretty much any direction. Lifts welcome but there are always stairs so pack light. And there is a good, very cheap locker storage available for up to 24hrs.

Great place to stay. Very welcoming and in a good location right at the start of the SWCP and in a beautiful area by the old harbour, life boat station and not far to a park. The room was adequately equipped and the hosts welcomed dogs too. Excellent breakfast. The pub food and drink was lovely too.

Excellent location in the centre of Southwold There are enough facilities and equipment to cook a meal if you wish but establishments nearby to eat somewhere different everyday.

Balcony is very small and unfortunately the seagulls are very noisy and had made the balcony furniture unusable. I expect the owners will sort this as the season progresses as the rest of the flat was spotless. The parking advertised is not near the property, but there is plenty of free parking a short walk away

Location was great and apartment very modern, clean and spacious. It was a quiet location and an easy walk to the town centre. Having a lift was useful.

The instructions for the location were very poor as they stated the building name and the flat number but there was no sign on the building giving its name! I phoned the agent and he was unable to tell me where the property was on the street! He needed to phone the cleaners to find out! Meanwhile I searched the street and found on a key box on a building wall written in marker pen the building name. From that I found the key box for our apartment. He phoned back but we had already got the keys. Very stressful after a long journey. Many of previous issues such as the window lock were not repaired. The bed was too soft and squeaked. No toilet roll holder in either bathroom. The internal fan in the living room was a bit noisy. Couldn't see how to switch it off. If a few things were taken care of this would be a top ranking apartment.

Good location for gig venue and good parking if you manage to get a space.

Room was dirty. Dust everywhere, stuff under the bed from previous customers. Dirty food left on the floor by the seating area. Faeces marks left in toilet. This made us wonder what had actually been cleaned. Some of the stuff in disrepair. Bed wasn't great comfort wise. We visited when it was extremely warm, the fan in the room dis nothing to help this.
