Good size flat, clean and host Arshad very helpful prior to and during stay. Also extremely understanding when my 4 year old son had a mishap in the flat. Thank you! Good location with bus stop into city centre two minutes walk away and Lidl right next door. Facilities good including comfortable travel cot. Worked well for us as a family of four staying with my parents too.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable so two of us ended up sleeping on the large sofa which was ok.

This was a really nice static home that is clearly well looked after by the staff. The facilities were all clean and functional and everything needed was provided. The location was good, within decent distance of everything we wanted to visit. The stay was overall comfortable and pleasant.

The only downside was the room layout which was a little strange… Our 3 bedroom van had one king sized bed in one room. However, the others had 2 separate single beds which had to be pushed together. The beds take up 90% of the room so it’s quite hard to move around, and the walls are like paper so remember to bring some earplugs. We only used the caravan as a pit stop to sleep after a day of adventuring, therefore this didn’t bother us much. Also remember to bring a towel as they are not provided.

The apartment was in a perfect location right in the heart of Mayfair lovely restaurants cafes just few minutes walk and green park train station just 5 minutes away. The team were great very helpful and would reply to messages straight away helping with any query at any time.

Sofa bed was very small hard and uncomfortable so we couldn’t use it.

The harbour was just outside the hotel. The accommodation we had was one of the small bedrooms it was in a little cottage that had three letting rooms, in the one we were in we had a big bathroom. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Nearness to lake, walking distance to town, extremely comfortable, airy, (front concertina window), spacious, modern, lovely furniture and balcony furniture.

Staff had serious attitude! None of them wanted to be there and constantly complained about how rubbish the hotel was run. None of the waitresses had any training and were struggling ( they only hired school kids and expected them to know what to do) Managers didn't care just complained about everything. Restaurant and bars were completely empty eventhough the hostel/ restaurant 100 yards away was full and turning people away. Even the barman at the hotel told us to go to the hostel restaurant! Every night they had 3 full tourist buses at the hotel and even they didn't use the hotel restaurant and bar!
