Great position & parking. Staff fine ~ except for the lady who appears to be the supervisor; unhelpful & curt attitude. Bordering on rude. Had I not paid in advance I would of left after the first night.

Lovely looking building. But the rooms. Words fail me, First one TV not working at all. Room tired, dusty etc. So repacked & moved to another for 2 nights. Then had to move (due to this room being pre-booked) Much smaller than original room & in very poor state of repair. The third, final move to another dusty room in a truly, really bad state of repair. All the ensuites were absolutely awful & as for all the mould flourishing..... Really the 3 rooms I saw were a health hazard; furniture literally falling to pieces. But the dust in rooms is unbelievable; Dreadful place, & to see this lovely building in this state of repair is heartbreaking. I HAVE PHOTOS OF ALL THE ABOVE IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED !! Plus I was charged £ 115 per night NOT including breakfast!!!

No mirrors within the bedrooms, no parking other than the grass verge and no outside lights to see where you were going, which was difficult as the door is around the back.

the room was a little shabby and showing signs of wear. Our room was next to our daughters and the same type (twin) and we paid the same for each room. Her bathroom was smaller and she didn't have a lounge chair but we had a full size bath and a comfortable chair. Also, the tea/coffee was very sparse - just two coffee sachets and two tea bags. I could have asked for it to be refreshed but it was just as easy to go into the airport for a coffee.

the staff were a bit indifferent when I checked in but were quite pleasant when I checked out. the first door keycard failed to work. a second worked. the room was okay. there was no fridge.

From the staff to the room which stunk of mould. In hygienic, spiders uncomfortable mattress couldn’t sleep all night. Floor was sticky tables was sticky. Bathroom was nasty 🤢 just so poor. We was there for our anniversary truth is it was the worse experience ever especially for couples.

Dirty horrible host lies on location this is Beeston not belle isle and there were no tissues and the bedding was smelling of sweat host lied to us that housekeeping was coming back to change bedding and the never did. The place was filthy and bath was so dirty and smelling
