Just perfect. Everything was excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nothing was a problem. Room was a good size with ample tea and coffee. Centred in the middle of Rhayader the hotel meant getting around very easy. I travelled with a bicycle and there was a great locked up shed to placed it overnight. I had an evening meal at the hotels bistro (Fridays and weekends) which was super. Breakfast was equally super.

one room with a sea view, the rest of the room I rented is cramped and with a torn floor, narrow, dark corridors and torn floors in some places, nice bathrooms, but I don't recommend it

The location was excellent, very close to the dock area, cafes, restaurants and shops. Our apartment on the 9th floor was small, but adequate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

We arrived by car and, even though I had rung the day before to ask for directions to the underground car park, was only sent a post code which directed us towards a pedestrianised street closed off by bollards. It took 2 more calls to a gormless and unhelpful girl at reception before we finally found the entrance. We were then accommodated on the 2nd floor, where there was loud noise from the street until 3am. We asked to be relocated and ended up in a perfectly good apartment on the 9th. Other reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Jason and Kerry were excellent hosts from check-in to check-out, making sure we were looked after and had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great breakfast, location and accommodation.

At first, our room was ever so slightly hot. However, Kerry and Jason were only a short call away downstairs, and helped us feel cool and comfortable, bringing us an extra fan and helping me understand how to work the window properly!

Location is fabulous . Clean room good size Everything worked . Will be back again next week and next month hopefully be the same. Kettle and tea / milk in room which was good.
