This is a lovely spot, Sway is a great place and Hunter's Croft is good base to explore it. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and the breakfasts were delicious! The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The cottage is magical, perfectly appointed, super private with a glorious view. The gardens were superb. The furnishings were lovely. The host thought of every amenity. We felt like we were in a dream!

The location was perfect. I've never stayed in Kemptown before but it proved to be very convenient for the theatres. There were also plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast in the morning.

The room was comfortable and clean. However, I wish there had been a blackout blind/ curtain at the window, to stop the sunshine waking me up so early. It was a shame no one replied to my message about parking, until after I stayed. A parking voucher would have been useful.

Fabulous location in a beautiful building and everything we could need in the apartment although we didn't use any of the appliances or the tea and coffee available to us.

A terrible, terrible smell in the hallway and living area. Whether it was a sewage smell or not, I'm not sure. There were air freshners in the apartment, so whether the owners/cleaners knew of the smell, I'm not sure. We were o ly there for 1 night, so only had to endure the smell for an hour or so last night and the same this morning prior to leaving.

Comfortable room with amenities. Breakfast was excellent but busy and the staff were always attentive and friendly, The staff were helpful when I needed a little help.

The furniture was comfortable and the location was good.

It was shabby and dirty. Chipped paint on the doors. The drain on the bathroom sink was gross, the grout on the shower tiles was dirty, the skirting boards were dirty. There is plain glass above the front door and anyone walking down the stairs can see right into the bedroom.

Staff rude.. hallway dirty carpets all ripped in bedroom was broken sink take dripping all night..bed was cheap and nasty so glad we only stayed the one night
