Beautifully decorated, quiet location and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with locally sourced or homemade ingredients. Lovely relaxed stay. The recommended pub within 3 minute walk was also friendly, with excellent food.

The hotel has a bella italia restaurant inside so the food and bar area were excellent. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for a one night stay before catching the ferry. Kids eat free at the restaurant, including breakfast!

No mush to complain about really, the check in staff were not the most helpful and looked a little unprofessional with crumpled shirts. but the restaurant staff made up for this as they were fab.

Comfortable bed in a great location at a reasonable price. Staff members are all nice and polite, a special thanks to Diana for being very welcoming and helpful.

The single room is very tiny and it is hard to move when you are also carrying a luggage. Also, a small fridge would be of help.

Check in takes very long and requires an app meaning if your phone dies you no longer can access your room other than remembering a long code! Room was broken into really easily and expensive headphones were stolen, other roommate had passport stolen. Proceeded to leave room early and find accommodation elsewhere for remainder of stay

Owner took £60 for early booking explaining it was for additional cleaning staff to ensure room is prepared on time. However room was already prepared from previous visit and additional cleaners were sent to room. Also deducted £28 of my £100 cleaning deposit for no reason. Total rip off.
