Excellent communication before arrival and the best welcome ever. Allyson is a brilliant hostess and it's clear the staff are happy, which makes such a difference as a guest. Everyone from bar staff, waiters and waitresses, room service were all so thoughtful and helpful. Very attractive room, plentiful teas and coffees ( a contrast to some places which are stingy). Plus plentiful toiletries. Comfortable bed, delicious evening meal (the fish pie was perfect). One of our party has a food allergy and the attention to detail, even providing a menu indicating what was safe / not safe to order, means that person could be totally relaxed. It makes such a difference. Ample, beautifully cooked breakfast. Thank you everyone for such a brilliant stay.

The food was amazing . Loved the buffet breakfast, plenty to choose from. Staff was fantastic very efficient especially the bar staff. One boy in particular.behind the bar was very friendly everybody loved him

Lifts not working. Toilet and room to small. No clean towels on a Saturday.Room could have done with a make over. To many stairs to the main toilet, husband has COPD and with no lift it was a nightmare for him..First time for us staying at this hotel. But wouldn't book again

three rooms I booked in this hotel has been arranged because of the room issue.

There have no email or the message to let us know in advance that the room will not available until on that day when we check in. The reception staff said has arranged us to Grand Loyalty and will arrange free taxi to there, but we are waiting for almost one hour to get in. During the waiting period, there more than 10 guest can check in as normal, why only me can not?! When we arrived new hotel, there have no order confirmation from system, it made me sick and feel Disappointed one more time, don’t know why they can not made a good communication!!
