The decor and cleanliness of the property were excellent and the views amazing. The bed was possibly the biggest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The host very kindly supplied, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, crisps, biscuits etc which was much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The main bed in the room was comfortable. Assuming the windows were closed, it was quiet in the room. The room was clean.

The hotel is booking a room for two people for a family of four. The sofa bed they are proposing is so narrow that even two children cannot sleep on it. The springs from the mattress dig into the body. Breakfast is an absolute failure—during the week, you have to wait in a queue for 10 minutes to get to the self-serve area. If you don't have a hand to put the entire breakfast on one go, the hotel employee will shout at you and make you stand in the queue for another 10 minutes. For breakfast, only fatty bacon is served, along with inedible scrambled eggs, and the rest is sweet.

Wonderful little property situated close to Farnham town centre, but still fairly remote. My partner and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the dining area was spacious with a decent view of their gardens, with bright large windows, allowing clear natural lighting.

A way to adjust room temp would be good. A way to fill water bottles would also be handy, perhaps a water station near reception.

The appartment was smaller than expected. We had to keep going over the road to reception to report no plug in bathroom sink & water wouldn't go down, no toaster, fridge & kettle weren't working and also the bed was very uncomfortable. Also in the appartment above in the early hours of the morning,it sounded like someone was stomping across the floor dragging a settee behind them !! Won't stay there again!!
