I have been welcomed warmly and friendly, that, as a first impression, was the foundation for everything else. Yes, my room was not a basketball court, but what does one need other than a comfy bed? And comfy it was. I slept like a rock. Breakfast did exactly what one could hope for - it prepared me for a long day without knowing when I'll have my next meal. The only possible negative is the location, being a bit off the beaten path. But if one is looking for a quiet place at the coast - Ardersier is just about perfect.

Window opened. Heaven. Lounge was perfect for a solo traveller. Loved it. And outside area Also liked the self- help drinks. Desk staff were fabulous. Always incredibly helpful no matter what. So good and lovely. Central position very close to Tube station so feel very safe. And can walk with my walking stick. My son who lives nearby was made to feel welcome also. Will come again.

Not good explanation of gadgets and procedures for older person like myself. Only via tv. And could not find all instructions. Would really like telephone connection to front desk. Also needed to be informed that my card would be terminated before last night because it was booked separately. They told me they had consolidated it. But it wasn’t.

Stayed 4 weeks. House full of character - large 2 bedroom comfortable 1st floor apartment (Suite 4) with lovely views over town towards the sea. Short walk to the National Trust Torrs - 5 minutes in other direction to Lidl and bus stop and seafront . Had very enjoyable stay - would highly recommend.

Location was good, walking distance to a lot of activities, WiFi connection was alright. TV above the bed, nice, when it worked.

Shower was not powerful enough, when my girlfriend was using it, she experienced the water going cold and hot and cold again. No complimentary towels, bed was not comfortable due to bedsheets not being fitted, wrong size, the ironing board was not clean, the TV connection was horrible a lot of the time. No wardrobe, even though the room listing said there was. Instead, there was a hanging rack with a few coat hangers, which meant we had to use our suitcases as wardrobes. We felt there was no heating. Not enough instructions in the "welcome pack" for things like the kettle that was quite unique. It was a birthday present for my girlfriend and she was very disappointed with it, was very cold at some points due to the heating not being very good, if at all on. I felt let down especially because of the amount I had paid.

The location was amazing.

You have to put your luggages in another location 10 minutes away by Uber if you arrive before check in or after checkout. We stayed in an underground room and it was very noisy and there was a leakage on the shower and no one appeared to fix it, even with our complaint.

Not a criticism but it’s an old building and basic decor but clean, this location is a great comfortable bed for the night , location is key !
