  The manager was very kind to my husband and i when we arrived. We appreciated the way he welcomed us and the way he made sure we were comfortable .We could tell he had established a relationship with some of the guest from the way they talked.I am not surprised that customers returns .

  Property was lovely, clean and we had everything we needed, plus some extra goodies was a nice addition. Certainly would highly recommend it. Price was a little high considering other prices in the area but still decent value for money. Definitely will use again.

  Gorgeous oldie worldie hotel, very clean and wonderful people who work there to make you feel so welcome. We were lucky to be upgraded to the Princess Charlotte Suite which was just lovely and very peaceful. We will definitely return.

  The kitchen area was great home from home everything you needed house was very bright and airy and location was good with a 8 minute ride on the Gilder bus C1 £1.80

  Room was small but we did book the budget one bed was comfortable could do with some shelves in the bathroom but Jim did say they were looking into it the tv wasn't working on arrival but Jim replaced it the next day
