  Room dimensions include the bathroom, so room is not large. The shower room fittings were a bit iffy (basin plug would not open, shower door half off its runners). The room was very well insulated and too warm for my preference. Radiator off but window could only be opened a few inches. Bed had a very thick topper and very thick duvet....phew! (Rainy night in late April).

  The fairy lights in the garden weren’t working and the garden cushions were wet inside the box. We kept tripping over the rug in the kitchen. Ran out of hot water so 2 of us had to have a cold shower one morning.
