The host is quite simply a gent and makes you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much. The room was large and very clean. Breakfast was what is says in the tin- continental breaky and it’s just what you need before heading off. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

What a place this is. Great location, fabulously appointed rooms, wonderful views and super friendly and welcoming staff. Also off the charts quality breakfast prepared almost in front of your eyes. Our new go to place when visiting The Piece Hall. Thank you.

Nothing. The only positive is that it was quiet. Aside from that this is the worst property I have stayed in.

Where to start. The room had a lingering odour of cigarette smoke. The carpet tiles were loose. The bedding was very old. There was a plastic cover on the mattress and the bed creaked with every movement. There was only one electric socket as the other had a broken pin in it. The desk was scruffy and chipped. The blinds didn’t open. The downstairs toilet stank. The kitchen was a beyond basic and untidy. The shower room had mould everywhere, including the sink and radiator. The plug was clogged up with hair. The shower head was wedged in with cardboard and the bath mat was sodden and smelt. The overall appearance of the accommodation was more halfway house than guesthouse.

No parking facilities for disabled or normal. Resident parking permit only due to city of westminster. Within 5mins of arrival parking atendant was putting a ticket on my disability car. Fortunatly he was verry nice when told i was disabled and gave me an extra 5mins to unload and move. Verry few disabled parking spaces only one i was told 100 yrds away with limited time to park leave and return. Normal parking blue badge rules do not apply you can not park for 3hrs on duble yellows trafic wardens use scooters to get around to increse there area and how often they cover there area

We did not like the way the staff managed the payment. The staff contacted me as I was going to leave without paying, they were calling very early in the morning, they did not gave information or advise in advance that the payment needed to be made via bank transfer. Staff have contacted me using different phone numbers. Staff were anxious about the check in time. It was not nice to have stress during our stay.
