The property looks really nice and clean. The location is unbeatable - just a few meters away from the subway, shops, restaurants, attractions. I heard that this is the most expensive area to live in London. It has a concierge on site and daily cleaning so it’s just like living in a big suit in a hotel. Robert at the concierge is very friendly and knowledgeable, he accommodated all sorts of requests I have. I’ll for sure stay in this accommodation again

Great location, close to main attractions on foot. Very well-equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms provide comfort for a larger number of people. Spacious, comfortable living room. The apartment has two floors, the stairs to the first floor with the bedrooms are quite steep, people with limited mobility should take this into account.

Location is perfect for the NC500, dinner and breakfast was superb. Views from the dining room are fantastic, binoculars are provided to enhance the experience. Staff are very professional and friendly.

Our only negative was the wording in the advertising. We booked an attic room which states you have a private bathroom, which is true, however it is at the bottom of a flight of stairs and just off a corridor in the shared part of the hotel and you have to take room keys with you each time you go.

The location was perfect for me on this occasion. The room was lovely, very, very clean. The bathroom was fantastic, especially the spa bath.

The only thing that was less than satisfactory & deterred from the overall experience was the flooring in the cottage. Uneven & loose wooden pine floor boards that creaked & squeaked continuously whenever you walked around the cottage particularly bad in the bathroom. The joists underneath the floor have obviously not been built to any standard and do not support the floor boards properly throughout all rooms. This created continual unnecessary loud noises, annoying especially if you are asleep. If this was fixed, the cottage would be an A + review.

It's not a hotel, not even close to been a hotel. No curtains in the windows ??? Asked a member of staff for some, and she just shrugged her shoulders. I had to use my bath towels for curtains. Toilets are disgusting, rooms smell of damp and are not clean. It clearly says outside its a back packers hostel, very bad false advertising.
