Hobbit is a beautifully presented caravan on a quiet plot, Robert & Pippa were exceptional hosts greeting us on arrival and surprising us with a lovely basket of treats. The amenities within the caravan were of a high standard, the bed super comfy and the outer seating area was lovely and relaxing. There was an abundance of information on tourist attractions which was really helpful and games and DVDs for all ages. We will definitely return and recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the garden. The extra large bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of car parking available free of charge. We would return, mainly for the quality of the room.

The shower was a bit hit and miss - hot one minute, cold the next. It is a shame that the leisure facilities are now closed.

Location is great being only a few minutes walk from the main quay area with its many pubs and restaurants. The apartment is spacious enough for a stay and has all the amenities you could need. Parking is right outside.

The only thing we struggled with was getting the TV in the lounge to work. It seemed to have lost its WiFi connection. It wasn't a major issue .

Hard bed, the bathroom in room 5 was very very small considering the size of the room, at first we thought it was more storage room until we opened it. Couldn’t dry yourself properly after shower so had to come into bedroom Curtains need fixing to the track For £15 breakfast need more choice on the menu
