Without exception, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional and supportive. These included the reservations team on the phone, front of house, but most notably, Sonya and Serena whose enthusiastic and friendly approach helped us celebrate our special day and really added a personal and individual touch. As “born and bred” Brummies we were absolutely thrilled to experience the stunningly beautiful and stylish interior of the hotel, the gorgeous decor and the incredible attention to detail. We are so interested in the hotel’s history and it was a joy to see what an iconic building it has once again become and what an important addition it is to the city. We can’t wait to visit again!

The property was perfectly located. Easy to access buses from and walking distance to the city centre. The place could with a bit of a clean as cobwebs in the corners of the room, but otherwise fresh towels everyday and tea/coffee restocked and Neil was super friendly and accommodating.

Booking.com did not book one of the rooms as a twin for two of the party as they were just friends but the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to find a satisfactory solution for us. The only fault was with booking.com not Mill Farm.absolute

Apartment and location excellent.

No wifi on arrival (rooter not plugged in) and loud drilling in hallway outside apartment on 2 mornings. This did not take away from the apartment and location, however, I had a very disappointing telephone call with an unidentified caller, along with an uneasy altercation with the cleaner (3 individuals) as we left the building, because we were 45 mins late checking out. We had left our packed bags in the hallway at 9am but were unavoidable delayed checking out by 45 mins. I apologised and offered to pay the late charge but received extremely abrupt/rude responses which tainted what had been a lovely few days in a lovely apartment.
