Sean & Mary-Ann are a lovely couple. We were made to feel welcome within minutes. Our room was lovely, beds comfy. Breakfast which was perfect, was served by Sean who is a great conversationalist and really gets the morning going. Thank you for all the information. Glyntwrog House is across the bridge and a little from town, but it is set in lovely gardens and has a couple of mischievous squirrels who keep you amused at breakfast. It is easy walk or drive to the town. We loved our stay here, very peaceful and would stay again.

The room and the host were incredible. She was very knowledgeable regarding the area and places to visit. The room was huge. It had all the amenities a guest could ask for. The bed was a very comfortable king size one. The two chairs provided were upholstered and very comfortable. A coffee table was next to the chairs. As for breakfast, there were various selections to choose from. They were all fantastic.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again when we are in the area.

The room was not assessable to the main portion of the B&B. We had to go around the corner to get to the dining room but it was worth it.

The best thing about Cambrian House is Cath. She greets you at breakfast with a lovely smile and before long everyone is laughing. Thanks Cath for being a great hostess. Don't ever change, you are full of life. Everything here was terrific. Would stay again in a flash. Lovely room, comfortable room, we overlooked the street, but no problem. the traffic levels out when you want to go to sleep. Fantastic breakfast, good parking at rear, lovely walk to everything.

Breakfast was very good. Such a beautiful setting right on the river. Very relaxing. Hotel staff great. We had dinner there which was well presented and tasty, and reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable overlooking the bridge and river. We had a twin room and the beds were very narrow, not uncomfortable as we are small people, but narrow. Lovely location also easy walking to everything. good parking. Would stay there again.

Wow not often I am impressed Lovely Pool, Lovely Accommodation, Easy Parking and Location, had a little banter on the car park with another guest who turned out to be the owner and sent some champagne up for our anniversary , there was no need, but a very nice gesture, a really great family run establishment and a very clean environment . Definitely going back

Did not like a few things which were not about the property but about the management. 1. Paying in full at time of booking and then paying a security deposit two weeks before arrival. This was not done through booking.com but via a link which made me a little hesitant and wary of being scammed. 2. Did NOT like collecting and returning key to shop 15 mins away - this was not clear at time of booking. Also, key only available 15 minutes to the second before permitted arrival time. Not very generous for travelers and very different from all other bookings. 3. Received more than one email before arrival outlining 'house rules' - mainly what was not permitted. Also, told in the email that there is no TV whereas at time of booking a TV was included. Not having a TV was not a problem, but the tone of the email rankled. 4. The liquid hand soap in both bathroom and powder room were both almost empty. In the shower, one shampoo/ one bodywash and four conditioners were provided for four night stay. 5. In the bathroom, one of the lights flickered constantly and needed to be replaced. 6. One of the shutters in bedroom was broken which precluded privacy. When I reported it, I was asked for more information and pictures/video. Frankly, NOT my role - especially as when I checked the comments of recent guests this had already been reported. 7. The security deposit took over two week to be refunded as their payments team only process them on certain days of the week. If they can take it out immediately, they should be able to return it promptly. This is the first property I have left these type of comments. It is a lovely property but the experience was marred by the above.

1. The apartment is too noisy and lacks soundproofing; I can clearly hear people talking outside, which has significantly disrupted my peace and quiet. 2. The water pressure is so low that I am unable to take a proper shower. 3. There is a gap in the window through which the wind comes in, making the room very cold and difficult to stay in. 4. I arrived earlier and suffered due to the lack of responsiveness from the staff for a long time. 5. As it is a flat for residence, there is no place to keep my luggage.
