The breakfast was lovely, continental mixed with ordering got food. Location was excellent! In the center of bowness- very quick to walk to Windermere lake and all the surrounding it has to offer. The views were incredible from the the Angel Inn. Stayed in a family annexe across the road from the Angel Inn- room was fairly big and had bunk beds in the room which my daughter loved! She didn't end up sleeping in them, but the main bed was big enough to fit us three in comfortably.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was within a short walk from and to the station, it was surrounded by beautiful buildings and a glass-enclosed garden with lovely plants. The facilities were also excellent and all the staff that I encountered were highly professional and friendly.

Met with freinds doing C2C. Excellent location. Booking really good. Not used booking.com before, usually steer away from online, prefer to speak to a person Very old property, meals excellent, staff really friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Well located, good, clean, comfortable accommodation in spacious rooms. Good parking facilities, restaurant and bar have a good selection of food and drinks. Staff were excellent, approachable, friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location to Paddington Station. Lovely sized apartment with everything we needed. Bonus complimentary breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. Very warm and comfortable with the heating.

The floors were very creaky, I hope we didn’t annoy the people below us! The double bed took a bit to get used too only because we have a super king.

Decor was very old and shabby , stains on carpets and plug sockets across room from bedside ( do realise that this is down to age of hotel tho ) had an adjoining room which unfortunately had people with a dog , who , and the blame is 100% with them let it bark both mornings for up to half an hour around 8.30 am.

My room was dirty was hair and a big brown make on the middle of the sheets Advert very misleading and you have to pay extra to use any of the facilities No parking if you arrive anywhere between 5pm-9pm, I had to just abandon my car and they still expect you to pay for parking, when they cannot even provide a space Place is just run by kids who don’t care, I didn’t ask to speak to a manager and was just told there no manager on site, with no attempt to help Food in the restaurant was just overpriced microwave food and the serves were all too busy chatting to each other to check if people’s food was ok, to bring cultlery and condiments (which weren’t left out to help yourself) and to interact
