Shirley was really helpful and communication was good leading up to and during our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Plenty of nearby walks suitable for the dog. Near to lovely beach and market town of Kingsbridge. Excellent directions to the property provided. Note there were only three adults staying although we did have guests for one of the days. The sitting area may be bit tight for larger groups.

Nothing to complain about from any of my group. Future guests should be aware the mobile signal is poor.

The caravan was clean and well presented. The site was well managed and had dog walks from the door. The caravans had plenty of space between them. The outside furniture on the veranda was great, especially as the weather was lovely and sunny. We would definately revisit.

The property was immaculately laid out. WiFi was excellent using really new Starlink technology which I’ve never seen before and Apple TV in all rooms which was a great modern touch. Great access to Sandsend and the lovely places to go.

The connected Hotel was closed but appears to be undergoing a large refurbishment which we’ll look to see next time we stay.

Lovely staff, downstairs lounge and bar are lovely and good location. Our room was clean and had all you needed to be comfortable. It is good value for money but very basic.

Once upstairs the corridors and rooms are very tired. There was a dirty cup and plate left in the hallway from when we arrived to when we left.

parking garage across the street for 10, restaurant downstairs is convenient, wifi is fast for work which was helpful coming from so many places with bad signal.

Lovely views, everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Great living room and kitchen space, nice master bedroom with added benefit of an extra toilet.
