Welcoming staff, comfortable room with a wonderful view across the courtyard. Loved the breakfast in the hall, great experience. Excellent value for money for a stay in the city centre. We'll be back!

We weren't able to bring our dog but would be happy to pay an additional cleaning fee if this was made possible. No parking on site but paid parking options are available.

Breakfast. More options needed for non pork eaters. Breakfast could have been a little hotter. Not the property but Didn’t like the coach blocking the side of the car park overnight. I couldn’t get to my car until they left.

The staff were very unwelcoming, the check in lady/breakfast waitress was very rude and actually started raising her voice and telling me off when I politely asked if we could take a small glass of milk back to the room for a cup of tea. There were toe nails in the shower when we arrived...the staff were sitting on the steps smoking when we first arrived..we had to step over workman's boots at the front steps on our way out..

The sofa needs replacing it's very uncomfortable. Same problem as in previous review, we were unable to enter apartments as given the wrong code, luckily, the cleaner turned up to give us entry. The wifi given did not exist, so the password was useless. Contacted owner who gave another code and password that worked but only just as it dropped out as many times as it dropped in. The owner said they would call an engineer to sort wifi out but not done on our leaving. Only one toilet roll provided! Could not make a drink on arrival as no tea , coffee, or sugar provided, also no salt and pepper.

Finding out our room was above a nightclub. We stayed for 2 nights and got a total of 5 hours sleep! Music bellowing until 3 am both nights/early morning. After complaining to reception early hours we were informed the rooms were classed as ‘Last let’s’ due to the noise level, However they had a floor out being renovated so the ‘last let’s’ had moved up on the ranking scale! We were up for a family wedding and gathering and the lack of sleep greatly impacted on the visit!!
