Everything about this apartment was fantastic. The communication received regarding house rules, parking and accessing the building were very clear and easy to follow. We collected a rental car at Heathrow and were not able to give the required registration details with the days notice for the parking. This was easily solved with a message to the owners who had the parking sorted when we arrived two hours later. That's great service. The apartment is centrally located with the Cathedral and grocery shopping in easy walking distance. Despite being in the centre of town, it was very quiet. We couldn't hear other guests and road noise was minimal. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Apartment 6 at Number 8 and would definitely stay here again.

The oldy, worldly pub. The food was very nice. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Welcome and appreciated touches selection of warm drinks and water, with biscuits and chocolates. These were replenished both days we were there.

I would have liked to be able to open a window in our room, as we did hit a particularly warm spell when we visited.

- Great location: you can walk to big ben/ thames and buckingham palace in 30 min, lots of buses go to Victoria - Well furnished in terms of equipment - Lots of lights - Good contact with the host who is very nice

- Not possible to sleep in the dark as shutters are not great - Noisy as windows are very old with simple glazing (pub in front and very central) - Sofa bed matress is not good to sleep (only for child under 10 I would say)

Lovely spacious apartment with nice countryside and distant sea views. Handy location 5 minute drive from Ramsay.

The room was very warm with no air con and couldn’t open the window fully. Hard to get air into the room. Hand wash in the bathroom would be better than a bar of soap.

The cooked breakfast was below par compared to previous stays... hard fried eggs tasteless tomatoes and mushrooms.. wasn't enjoyable. No mini bar or water in rooms.. very noisy neighbours in next room at 4 in the morning so not a good nights sleep..
